 Free standard shipping - How do I get it?

When will my order ship?
Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color and size to complement each of your favorite designs, your items will be printed after you order them. Your order is hand-printed by real humans. The printing process takes 2 to 3 business days before we ship it to you. Some items will be shipped separately, and may take a bit longer due to the printing process. (For example, pillows and totes may take longer to print and will ship separately). Other items that are shipped separately include posters, mugs, stickers, and socks. All items are packaged separately to insure they arrive in good order.

How long will it take to get my order?
Depending where you are we ship differently.

  • US standard domestic shipping takes 5 to 8 business days (2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand, plus 3 to 5 business days to ship).
  • International shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks (including 2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand).

Where can I find my tracking link?
You should have received an email with a confirmation receipt when you placed your order, and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.

If you didn’t receive a tracking confirmation, check your email spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it is not there, contact customer support:

  • Chat with us on Monday through Friday from 10am to 9pm EST and on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm EST.
  • Email anytime and we will get back to you within one business day.

Why does my tracking oder link say "Unavailable" when I click on it?Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process. If you’ve been waiting more than 2 business days, contact our customer support or by clicking on “Chat” on our website during normal chat hours.

Why am I missing an item from my order
Some items ship separately from different processing facilities, so part of your order may still be on its way. If you need specific information, please contact customer support.

Why didn't I receive my oder?
Oh no! If you placed an ordering shipping to the US more than 10 days ago or an international order more than 30 days ago, contact customer support via email (help@lookhuman.com) or chat (from our home page on our site) immediately and we will take care of that for you right away!

Why do I have to give my email to download freebies?
We NEVER send unwanted emails or any emails for that fact, it's just part of shopify's rules that you have to give an email. If we could we would remove this barrier then we could but it's built in and we sell products so there's nothing we can do. On the plus side you can add all our free resources to your cart and download at the same time...we don't know of any free design resource sites that allow that :)

Why do I have to give my billing address for free design resources
Again this is part of shopify's rules and we cannot change this.
